Accessibility at AKERMAN
We work to make the information and services on this website usable with dignity and independence. Accessibility work targets Israeli Standard SI 5568 part 1, level AA, subject to applicable Israeli provisions. This statement describes implemented measures and contact routes; it is not certification or a claim of verified full conformity.
Using the website
- Pages have headings, navigation and a main content area, with their language and reading direction defined.
- A skip-to-content link and visible keyboard focus are provided.
- Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move through controls, Enter to activate links, and Enter or Space to expand or collapse service details.
- Use browser zoom controls, such as Ctrl and plus/minus on Windows, and Ctrl+0 to reset.
- Layouts adapt to narrow screens, text contrast has been improved, and the system preference for reduced motion is respected.
- Service information is available as text. The HERO chat is an illustration, not a message submission form.
Service arrangements
The business has no premises for public reception. Service enquiries can be made by phone, email or WhatsApp. You may request information or assistance in a suitable channel, including written communication instead of a phone call.

Please include the page address, the action attempted and a description of the difficulty. Browser and assistive technology details are helpful if known. No medical diagnosis or medical information is needed. We will review the request and an appropriate way to provide assistance and adjustments according to the need and applicable law.
Scope and further testing
This statement covers the marketing website at akermantech.com. HERO applications, the helpdesk and external services such as WhatsApp require separate testing; this statement neither certifies their accessibility nor exempts any service from applicable duties. If those destinations prevent access to a service, contact us by email or phone above.
Code repairs and checks are recorded in the project documentation. Comprehensive testing with screen readers and assistive technologies has not yet been completed. Please report any further difficulty so we can investigate and correct it.
