Who we are and what this policy covers

Information we process
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, email, business details and the contents of your request. For IT work, the information accessed depends on the service you authorise. Where a business enables HERO and its integrations, processing may include WhatsApp phone numbers and profile names, message content and attachments, message identifiers and delivery status, business account identifiers, and appointment or enquiry details needed for the enabled service. Do not send passwords, payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information in a general enquiry.
Why information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, provide and support agreed services, configure authorised integrations, handle messages and requests, troubleshoot faults and protect the service from misuse. Features involving Meta or WhatsApp data depend on the permissions and connections enabled by the business. Access to one integration does not give access to unrelated accounts or services.
HERO, AI and business responsibilities
HERO is a pilot. When an AI feature is enabled, relevant message content or documents may be transmitted to the AI provider used for that feature to generate a response or extract information. The participating business should confirm the enabled providers and data flows before activation and give its customers the appropriate notices. AI output can be inaccurate and needs review before important decisions. Where HERO handles a business’s customer data on that business’s instructions, requests about those customer records should also be directed to that business.
Service providers and sharing
Information may be processed by hosting, communications, cloud and AI providers as needed for the service you use. WhatsApp communications are also processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms and privacy policies. Connecting another service may require sending the information necessary to that service. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to address fraud, misuse or a security incident. This website does not offer personal information for sale.
Storage, transfers and retention
Service providers may process information outside Israel. Retention depends on the purpose of the enquiry or agreed service, customer instructions and applicable legal obligations. Information is retained only while needed for those purposes; deletion may be limited by legal recordkeeping requirements, security investigations or the lifecycle of backups. The retention arrangements for a HERO pilot should be agreed with the participating business before customer data is connected.
Your choices and data deletion
You can ask about access, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing onfunction@gmail.com. Include the phone number or email used with the service and enough information to identify the request. We may request proportionate identity verification, but please do not send passwords. We will explain any information we must retain. See our data deletion instructions. If you are a customer of a business using HERO, contact that business too, as it may hold separate records.
Website storage and external links
This website does not include advertising pixels, analytics scripts or a contact form. The hosting infrastructure may process technical connection data, such as IP addresses and request information, to serve and protect the website. Clicking a WhatsApp, email or telephone link opens the relevant external service or application; its own privacy practices apply.
Security and policy updates
Access to business systems and information should be limited to the work authorised. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. This policy may be updated as the services change; the update date appears above.
