Operator and scope
This website and the AKERMAN and HERO by AKERMAN brands are operated by One Function, a registered business in Israel. The website describes IT, cloud and AI services. Enquiries can be sent to onfunction@gmail.com.
Service agreements
Website descriptions are general information. The scope, price, availability, support arrangements and responsibilities of any service are agreed separately before work begins. Contacting us does not create a paid subscription or order.
HERO pilot and AI limitations
HERO is a pilot, and available features depend on agreed configuration, permissions and third-party integrations. The demonstration on this website is illustrative. AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect. The business is responsible for checking important outputs and authorising actions. There is no promise that Meta will approve an application or that a service will be continuously available.
Authorised use
Only connect accounts, systems and information you are authorised to use. Do not use the services to send unlawful or unsolicited messages, infringe others’ rights or compromise systems. The participating business is responsible for obtaining required permissions and notices and following the applicable WhatsApp/Meta terms.
Privacy and deletion
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. See data deletion instructions for requests. Third-party services have their own terms and policies.
Rights, changes and contact
Branding and website content may not be reused in a way that infringes applicable rights. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Website content and these terms may change; any separately agreed service terms remain applicable. Questions: onfunction@gmail.com.
