Request deletion of your data
To request deletion of personal data held by One Function in connection with AKERMAN or HERO by AKERMAN, email onfunction@gmail.com with the subject “HERO data deletion request”.
What to include
Include the phone number or email used with the service, the business you interacted with if relevant, and what information you want deleted. Do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents with your initial request.
What happens next
We will review the request, ask for proportionate verification if needed, and respond by email about the outcome or further information required. Data we control will be deleted where applicable. If legal obligations require some records to be retained, we will explain this. Backup copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle.
Business accounts and connected services
If you are a customer of a business using HERO, also contact that business, which may control the customer records. Removing a Meta/WhatsApp integration stops its connected access but does not automatically erase records held separately by the business or other services. This email process is a deletion request channel; it does not delete your WhatsApp or Facebook account.
